Welcome to Easy ADPIE. Easy ADPIE is operated by Essential Enterprises LLC.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Easy ADPIE website, application, study tools, content, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing Easy ADPIE, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Easy ADPIE.

Educational purpose

Easy ADPIE is an educational study platform designed to help nursing students review concepts, practice questions, flashcards, case studies, concept maps, and other study materials. Easy ADPIE is intended to supplement a student's education and study process.

It is not a substitute for:

  • Accredited nursing education
  • Classroom instruction
  • Clinical training
  • Professional medical judgment
  • Official examination preparation materials
  • Guidance from a nursing instructor, school, licensing board, or healthcare professional

No medical advice

The information and study materials available through Easy ADPIE are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing within Easy ADPIE should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, clinical instruction for a specific patient, or a recommendation concerning the care of any individual.

Users should always follow the policies of their nursing program, clinical facility, employer, instructor, applicable licensing board, and qualified healthcare professionals. Easy ADPIE should not be used to make decisions regarding actual patient care.

No guarantee of examination results

Easy ADPIE may include practice questions and study materials related to nursing education and examinations, including NCLEX-style content. Use of Easy ADPIE does not guarantee:

  • Passing the NCLEX or any other examination
  • Admission to a nursing program
  • Graduation from a nursing program
  • Certification or licensure
  • Any particular academic score or result
  • Employment or professional advancement

Individual results depend on many factors, including the user's preparation, education, study habits, performance, and applicable examination requirements.

User accounts

Certain Easy ADPIE features may require an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining control of your account
  • Protecting access to your device and login credentials
  • Activities performed through your account
  • Keeping your profile information reasonably current

You may not intentionally provide false information, impersonate another person, or access another user's account without authorization. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us using the Contact form.

Appropriate use

You agree to use Easy ADPIE only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Easy ADPIE, another user's account, or underlying systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the platform
  • Introduce malicious code, automated attacks, scraping tools, or other harmful technology
  • Use automated systems to extract substantial amounts of content from Easy ADPIE
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit Easy ADPIE study materials without permission
  • Share account access in a manner intended to bypass account restrictions
  • Use Easy ADPIE to violate the rights of another person or organization
  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity

We may restrict or terminate access to Easy ADPIE if we reasonably believe an account is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

Patient and confidential information

Do not enter real patient-identifying information into Easy ADPIE. This includes information such as:

  • Patient names
  • Dates of birth
  • Medical record numbers
  • Addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Social Security numbers
  • Photographs or other identifying information
  • Confidential clinical records

Any case studies, examples, notes, or study materials entered by a user should be educational and should not contain confidential patient information. Easy ADPIE is not intended to serve as an electronic health record, medical record system, or repository for protected patient information.

Intellectual property

Easy ADPIE and its original content, design, branding, graphics, study materials, software, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Essential Enterprises LLC, except where otherwise identified. The Easy ADPIE name, logo, graphics, and original educational materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior permission.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Easy ADPIE and its study materials for their own educational purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of any Easy ADPIE content to the user.

User-provided content

If Easy ADPIE allows users to submit, create, upload, or store content, you remain responsible for the material you provide. You represent that you have the right to use or submit that content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

You should not submit:

  • Copyrighted material you do not have permission to use
  • Confidential school, employer, or patient information
  • Illegal or harmful material
  • Content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights

You grant Easy ADPIE permission to store and process user-provided information as reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide its features.

Third-party services

Easy ADPIE relies on third-party services and technology providers. These may include services such as:

  • Base44 for application infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database services, and related technology
  • Google for account authentication and other services

Third-party providers operate according to their own terms, policies, systems, and availability. Easy ADPIE is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, or other actions controlled by independent third-party providers.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Easy ADPIE available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Technical issues
  • Internet disruptions
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Security concerns
  • Changes to platform features

We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features as Easy ADPIE develops.

Free and paid features

Easy ADPIE may currently provide some or all features without charge. We may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, premium content, or other paid services in the future.

If paid services are introduced, pricing and applicable payment terms will be presented before a user purchases or subscribes to those services. We will not charge a user for a new paid service without the user's authorization.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Easy ADPIE when reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect the platform or other users
  • Investigate suspected fraud or misuse
  • Address violations of these Terms
  • Respond to security concerns
  • Comply with legal requirements

Users may also delete their account using available account settings. For information regarding account information and deletion, please review the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Easy ADPIE is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we strive to provide useful and accurate educational content, we do not warrant that:

  • Every piece of content will be error-free
  • All information will always be current
  • The service will always be available without interruption
  • Study materials will cover every topic appearing on an examination
  • Use of the platform will produce a particular academic or professional result

Users should verify important educational or clinical information through appropriate textbooks, instructors, official examination resources, licensing authorities, or other qualified sources.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Essential Enterprises LLC and Easy ADPIE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Easy ADPIE is a supplemental educational tool, and users remain responsible for their own academic, testing, clinical, professional, and healthcare-related decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of Easy ADPIE, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Privacy

Your use of Easy ADPIE is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and handled.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as Easy ADPIE changes or as new features, services, or legal requirements arise. When these Terms are updated, we will revise the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Easy ADPIE after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable to Essential Enterprises LLC in the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
