Easy ADPIE is operated by Essential Enterprises LLC. We respect your privacy and want you to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Easy ADPIE.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create or use an Easy ADPIE account, we may receive basic account information such as your name and email address through Google sign-in.

Profile and study information

During account setup or while using the app, we may ask for information related to your nursing education and study goals, including:

Your school or nursing program
Program type
Where you are in your studies
The exam you are preparing for
How you learned about Easy ADPIE

We also store information generated through your use of the study platform, including:

Practice questions answered
Exam attempts and results
Flashcard activity
Case study activity
Concept map activity
Study progress
Achievements and trophies
Other activity associated with your Easy ADPIE account

How we use your information

We use your information to:

Create and maintain your account
Provide access to Easy ADPIE features

Selling or advertising with your information

Easy ADPIE does not sell your personal information. We do not provide your personal information to advertisers for the purpose of targeting advertising to you.

Easy ADPIE relies on third-party technology providers to operate the platform.

Base44

Easy ADPIE is built and hosted using the Base44 platform. Base44 provides infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, and other technology used to operate the application. Information stored within Easy ADPIE may therefore be processed or stored through Base44's systems.

Google

Easy ADPIE may use Google for account sign-in and authentication. When you sign in using Google, Google processes information associated with that authentication according to Google's own terms and privacy policies. Third-party providers maintain their own privacy policies and practices. Easy ADPIE does not control the privacy practices of those independent providers.

Data security

We use the security features available through our technology providers and take reasonable steps to protect the information associated with Easy ADPIE accounts. However, no internet service, database, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting access to their accounts and devices.

Your choices and account information

You may view or update available profile information through Settings within Easy ADPIE. You may also request deletion of your account using the account-deletion option provided within Settings. Deleting an account is intended to remove the user's account and associated study data from Easy ADPIE, subject to any information that may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security, legal, or technical purposes.

Data retention

We retain account and study information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Easy ADPIE and maintain the user's account. When an account is deleted, associated information will be removed or scheduled for deletion according to the capabilities and retention practices of the systems used to operate Easy ADPIE, except where retention may be required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Children's privacy

Easy ADPIE is intended for nursing students and adult learners and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

Educational use

Easy ADPIE is an educational study platform. Information entered into the platform should relate to studying, education, and use of the application's features. Users should not enter confidential patient-identifying information or other sensitive healthcare information into Easy ADPIE.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Easy ADPIE develops, new features are introduced, or our privacy practices change. When the policy is updated, we will revise the Last updated date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of Easy ADPIE after a revised Privacy Policy is posted means the updated policy will apply to future use of the service.
